Local Picture Framer

LIFE^sm was first developed by John Barlowe* owner of Frame Shop Art Gallery & Gifts of Holland, Ohio as a way of differentiating his own locally owned business from the Big Impersonal Chain Stores. John believed that his independent Frame Shop was able to provide better selection and service at very competitive every day prices, compared to the "Always on Sale" Big Box stores. It became such a success that he wanted to share it with other independents as well.
